This paper analyses the current version of the statistics software of the Warehouse Control System of Knapp Systemintegration GmbH. The goal is to improve the current software by summarizing the most important Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Warehouse Control System in a DashBoard. For that, these KPIs first have to be identified. For the implementation, a SWOT analysis of the most important statistics tables of the current WCS installation is conducted, which results in a revision of the statistics tables and the calculations of those. The developed DashBoard will be employed by a distribution centre for cosmetics in South America. The feedback of the facility operator will be used for further improvements.
