The global energy agenda in terms of achieving carbon neutrality and the development of green energy requires rapid, effective methods of increasing the volume of pumping in the current directions in the short term, characterized by high prices for energy resources. The aims of the present research are to find the most effective methods of increasing the capacity of main oil pipelines and to develop automated calculation and optimization algorithms to reduce the time for variation of various design solutions based on minimum initial data on the economics of retrospective already implemented projects, as well as technical conditions and technological limitations of the oil pipeline operation. In order to achieve this purpose, the problems of analytical review of existing approaches to solving similar or close to thematic problems, retrospective analysis of implemented projects, development of automated calculation tools and optimization algorithms based on theoretical and practical methods of solving hydraulic and economic problems are solved.
