Vorberechnung und Vergleichsmessung der Radaufstandskräfte bei Schienenfahrzeugen für die Ermittlung der Stand- und Entgleisungssicherheit im Arbeitsgerätebetrieb

Abstract

The present work deals with the creation and validation of a new standing and derailment safety concept for railway vehicles with several mounted implements. The aim is to make the commissioning process on the rail vehicle more efficient and to enable a higher utilisation of the mounted implements by applying a new calculation model. The greatest challenge is the conflict between sufficient accuracy of the model's representation of the entire vehicle and the available hardware processor performance. First, the basics and the theories to be applied are elaborated, and possible concepts are shown on the basis of a literature research. Then, an analytical approach using transfer matrix methods is implemented in a MATLAB script and compared with a finite elements solution. The model construction is done using a beam model, which can be connected to different bogie models. Additionally, a stand-alone application software of the created transfer matrix algorithm was created in the Appdesigner environment of MATLAB, to visualise the results. This was followed by a real measurement on a rail vehicle, and comparison with the calculation results. None of the models developed here could fully achieve the intended goals.
