Abstract
Industry 4.0 is introduced as fourth industrial revolution to control whole organizational system which intends to achieve maximum productivity, flexibility, changeability and efficiency in a holistic perspective. Competitive environment, markets volatility and complexity, customer expectations customization and product variety on the one hand and cost effectiveness on the other hand, have created nowadays new challenges in supply chain management. Likewise small and medium-sized enterprises must face these challenges which have dominant proportion of European economics. The core issue of this thesis is how the supply chain integration for SMEs in Industry 4.0 can be implemented. Initial point of this paper is an analysis of the most important concepts for supply chain integration, categorized in technological, organizational and strategical concepts. Some of these concepts, according to characteristic of SMEs, are preferred to implement and are evaluated as multi-dimensional decision making problem in the next step. The most appropriate tools are suggested supply chain integration implementation with regard to selected concepts which are evaluated by their attributes and situations with the help of identified criteria. Based on research, lean-agile concept is proposed to be implemented by scrum tools which is an easy, cheap, reliable and sustainable instrument.
