Sicherstellung der betrieblichen Rechtskonformität durch organisatorische Maßnahmen

Research output: ThesisMaster's Thesis

Abstract

This thesis tries to show the necessary steps and considerations when founding an enterprise and keeping it legally conformed. The ever growing number of legal requirements, forces companies to new ways of thinking and acting. The voestalpine steel service centre strives for legal security within the company. At the time of this thesis publication, the voestalpine is certificated after ISO/TS 16949:2002 and ISO 14001:2000. The basic idea is to ensure legal conformity and to create new perspectives for the process of legal compliance. The subject of "court-steady" organisations has become increasingly more important over the course of the last few years. Hence, companies are being confronted with a growing flood of laws and regulations requiring a great deal of the companys attention. Concepts such as "Verbandsverantwortlichkeit" and "organisational fault" have become so important that companies have to consider the consequences in order to protect their own employees from liability claims. The basis lies in the creation of a company-wide organisation with understandable regulations for responsibilities and authorization.
