Abstract
Cladded brightening aluminium products pose are an important segment for the AMAG-rolling. Hence Therefore an ideal surface quality has to be achieved. The aim of this work is to study the behaviour of a special alloy concerning the arising of a greasy contaminated subsurface. This is considered to be caused by precipitations during and after hot rolling. During cold rolling they are formed along the rolling direction. In previous investigationsresearches coherence correlation between the chemical analysis and the appearance of the greasy contaminated subsurface could be determined by the use of an extra plate with high impurities. Having minor impurities the problem of the greasy subsurface could be lessened but not entirely. On the basis ofDue to a comprehensive literature research the surface problem could be put down todetermined by physical metallurgical mechanism. Especially; time and temperature play a decisive roleare very important parameters. Moreover Furthermore the precipitation kinetics in aluminium is considered to be tieda function of to recovery and recrystallisation. With experiments on industrial scale the close relationshipinteraction of the impurity content and the micro structural evolution of the strip during respectively after hot rolling regarding the appearance of the greasy contaminated subsurface could be provedverified.
