Erstellung einer CR-Strategie für Mitarbeiter im Bereich Installation & Startup

Research output: ThesisMaster's Thesis

Abstract

Many theoretical concepts of Corporate Responsibility can be found in literature. The real challenge of the integration of CR, is the transfer of theoretical requirements into virtual measures. In the complex economic system of the 21st century only those organisations that are capable to generate advantages through sustainable development will survive. In the theoretical part, models for different maturity levels of CR are described. The essential standard specifications for the implementation of the CR concept are compared and analysed. Working with CR should always be based on the individual strategy of the firm. Therefore, the basics of strategy setting and the common tools for strategy implementation are described. The necessity of an individual CR strategy for the underlying company was found whilst working with the EFQM concept. Hence, the interdependencies between the EFQM model and the CR concept are analysed. In the case study the individual challenges of KNAPP Kos are discussed and analysed. KNAPP Kos is an independent department responsible for the installation and start-up of intralogistics solutions of KNAPP. With the help of a situation analysis the issues and potentials of this department are described and a CR-strategy is derived. Based on the CR-strategy a catalogue of CR measures is established. Each measure is described and rated. Concluding, a recommendation for the virtual implementation of the CR concept, the profound specification and the profound strategy tool are given.
