N2 - The thesis is devoted to developing measures to protect workers of the mine operated by Belaruskali OJSC from the effects of the electromagnetic fields of industrial frequency. The purpose of the thesis is to study the features of the distribution of electromagnetic fields in industrial conditions and determine measures to protect personnel from their effects. To achieve this goal, the existing database of Russian and foreign studies in the field of non- ionizing radiation exposure was studied, measurements were taken directly at the workplaces of shearer operators, and effective measures were proposed to protect workers.
