N2 - A difficult challenge in the bulk-cargo-handling sector is reducing dust formation, an objective designed to protect both workers and the environment. With this in mind, a research project at the Montanuniversität Leoben is investigating bulk material behavior in a wide variety of cargo-handling plants using Rocky DEM and ANSYS® Fluent® simulation packages along with support from CADFEM.
