The invention relates to a device for guiding a material flow, in particular bulk material, flowing out from a discharge end or delivery end of a conveying apparatus, comprising: - a first continuous, circulatable impact belt (8), which is arranged in such a way that it can be struck by the material flow, the first impact belt (8) being produced from at least one traction element provided with rubber or elastomer; and - deflecting rollers, which deflect the first impact belt (8) and can be rotated about axes of rotation (9.1) extending parallel to one another. According to the invention, the device has, in addition to the first impact belt (8), at least one additional continuous, circulatable impact belt (15, 16), which is arranged substantially parallel to the first impact belt and in such a way that it can be struck by the material flow, the additional impact belt (15, 16) also being produced from at least one traction element provided with rubber or elastomer, separate deflecting rollers being associated with the additional impact belt (15, 16), which deflecting rollers deflect the additional impact belt and can be rotated about axes of rotation extending parallel to one another, the axes of rotation (17.1, 18.1) of the deflecting rollers (17, 18) of the additional impact belt (15, 16) being oriented or being able to be oriented at an inclination with respect to the axes of rotation (9.1) of the deflecting rollers (9) of the first impact belt (8) so that the first impact belt (8) and the at least one additional impact belt (15, 16), viewed transversely to the running direction of the impact belts, define impact surfaces (8.1, 15.1, 16.1) that are angled with respect to one another.
