This thesis should give an overview about the most important standards and laws which must be considered in the course of the Advanced Quality Planning for the supply of the Truck Industry with safety-relevant parts. The department Bauteile und Komponenten (which means components and assemblies) of the voestalpine Anarbeitung GmbH plans to produce safety-relevant parts for the Truck Industry at their headquarters in Linz. When starting this work the enterprise was certified according to ISO 9001:2000 and the requirements for the production and management system to achieve legal compliance and in particular to conform to the Customer Specific Requirements were not known. The thesis gives a compact overview about the required standards for management systems. It describes the identification of relevant standards and laws by means of the Stakeholder Analysis, their implementation by Advanced Quality Planning and the verification of compliance by a combination audit.
