This thesis analyzes the challenges that industrial enterprises face due to rapid growth driven by extraordinary external factors such as climate change. Political interventions, regulations, and subsidies influence the economy, but also create new markets and growth opportunities. Industrial companies are tasked with leveraging these opportunities to secure long-term competitive advantages. The management, starting from the strategy, must analyze, shape, and control the production and logistics processes and the value creation of the company. This master's thesis serves as a guide for coping with growth in this context. The second part of this master's thesis focuses on the development of a conceptual planning support tool for production ramp-up in the context of rapid growth. The goal is to create an information system approach for ramp-up management, effectively responding to the emerging opportunities.
