This is the rule from local government to get higher coal recovery for the coal resource saving for future energy strategy in China. The lower Bolter Miner will be investigated for the lower roadway advancing when we start do the longwall mining for lower seam. It is about the roadway development in the lower seam need one new type of Bolter Miner for longwall panel preparation. Due to these difficult conditions for the standard Bolter Miner MB670, continous miner and roadheader used in roadway development is not fit such application, the new type of Bolter Miner shall be studied and will be supplied from Sandvik, cutting and bolting in same time for lower seam advancing quickly. The safety issue and high efficiency of bolting system is most important for the new Bolter Miner.",
