Abstract

In accordance with the request for the Breisgauer Cement GmbH, Geisingen, Germany the thesis describes the different design considerations concerning the current mine design. There for different versions of future mine designs will be given checked for reasonability and finally rated. A further problem will be the primary crushing system concerning the production of an high amount of fine material. A solution schould be invented and build in the operating system.<br />A total number of five mine designs were planned and each to another compared in terms of practicability. No. 1 optimized the current system in terms of machinery. The options 2 - 5 are combination by integration a mobile crushing unit with continuous conveyance. Option No. 5 was chosen as the most practicable. By direct comparison between option no.1 and no. 5 the winning option was no. 5. In the computer aided mine design planning 4 option were designed. The writer chooses the option no. 4. This option offers the maximum of selectable net volume to be mined in upon the geometric best partion of the mine field.
