AT LEAST ONE PHOTOINITIATOR IS ADDED ONCE AGAIN TO THE PRE-CROSSLINKED POLYMER DISPERSION PRIOR TO AND/OR DURING THE POST-CROSSLINKING, AND THE POST-CROSSLINKING IS ALSO PERFORMED WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION IN THE ULTRAVIOLET (UV LIGHT) AND/OR VISIBLE SPECTRAL RANGE.
