title = "Integration of an automated gas distribution station of a new generation",
abstract = "PJSC «Gazprom» has about 4000 gas distribution stations in operation, about 30% of which have been in operation for 30 years or more. The reliable operation of the station is of great importance since they are often the only source of energy for various consumers. The purpose of this master thesis is the implementation of an automated gas distribution stations of a new generation that meet all environmental standards, equipped with modern equipment and a system for monitoring the technical condition of equipment, including the detection of equipment defects at an early stage. The first task is to analyze the operation of the gas distribution station «Naumovka», located in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia. The station has been in maintenance for about 30 years, the lack of capacity is about half of the nominal capacity of the station, which is also connected with the operation of outdated equipment. In this regard, the implementation of a new generation gas distribution station is proposed. This master thesis describes the area of implementation of the station, identifies the main consumers, both residential buildings and large companies located in the area of the station «Naumovka». For the uninterrupted supply of natural gas to consumers during the reconstruction of the station, a mobile gas distribution station was proposed for use, the calculation of the main equipment of the new generation station was performed, including the selection of a gas ejector for pumping natural gas from the condensate collection tank, which significantly reduces the environmental damage from purging of the gas purification units. Directly for the implementation of the station in the gas transmission network of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the main steps of reconstruction were prepared, drawings of the new station blocks and their technological schemes were made, and requirements for the new generation station blocks were prepared. For tracking the key parameters of an automated gas distribution station of a new generation, it is proposed to introduce a system for digital tracking of station parameters, and an algorithm for digital tracking of the station is also developed and proposed for use. The task of this system is to diagnose the state, predict threats, and adjust control modes. At the end of the thesis, a feasibility study of the implemented technologies is calculated.",
