Tridonic Jennersdorf Gmbh is a subsidiary of the Zumtobel Group. The company is locat- ed in Jennersdorf and develop and produce LED modules. At the company are currently a quality and an environmental management system established. Due to the increase of the production volumes paired with the rise of the energy expenses an energy management system acc. ISO 50001 has to be implemented. The aim of this work is to implement an EnMS in consideration of the quality, economic and environmental frame conditions. The ISO based energy management system has to be fully integrated in the existing IMS. In addition to the main task a cumulative energy balance has to be elaborated. These results of the balance have to be visualised in a Sankey – Diagram, which enables to identify po- tentials to reduce energy consumption.
