Aim of this work is showing the main demands of ISO/TS 16949:2002 and their fullfillment in the MPT. After showing and analysing various quality managementsystems the demands of ISO/TS 16949:2002 are shown by two projects (Lenkkonsole S197/U251 & D219). Especially the construction of documents (e.g. service regulations, assay regulations, control-plan) and the evaluation of the measurement results of both projects were a very important part of the view. The problems during the statistical evalutation have been shown and solved. Additionally some quality documents (e.g. continious improvement process, oder & cleanness) have been developed, shown and analysed for the queue VDA 6.1 certification.
