There are 8 key forces changing how people work and live. All of these forces have been amplified and accelerated by the pandemic. All of them are impacting corporate learning and the divide between those who are able to increase value and impact through learning and those who can’t seem to keep up with the pace of change is growing. In this interactive workshop we will explore the key insight that all leaders need to be aware of and look at practical ways to reset and create a corporate learning roadmap that builds bridges and mobilises learning, a critical requirement for thinking forward.
• There is increased demand for Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies, but, fewer than 9% of companies currently use advanced technologies such as machine learning, robotics or even touch screens. In this context, what conditions need to be in place for disruptive technologies and hybrid learning to support people to work and learn differently and for whole organisations to adapt for good? What are the capabilities learning professionals need to successfully transform their impact?
This interactive workshop will explore two live complex case stories and give
participants and opportunity to Rethink how they lead, analyse and transform their challenges and drive opportunities.
