N2 - Addressing global challenges such as climate change and soil degradation requires a collaborative, transdisciplinary approach involving stakeholders across all levels, from local to international action plans. The SAFE Living Lab aims to enhance visibility, engagement, and transformative action by fostering co-operation, co-design, and co-production processes among researchers, industry, decision-makers, and society. By integrating participatory education and structurally reflected communication strategies, SAFE seeks to empower individuals with knowledge, tools, and action-oriented competences to drive sustainable change. Providing interactive and practical learning environments, it serves as a hub for raising awareness through knowledge exchange, bridging research and real-world application. This contribution outlines the theoretical framework, objectives, methodologies, and educational strategies of SAFE, demonstrating its role in promoting community and environmental resilience.
