N2 - The object of the study is the technology of enrichment of loose ilmenite ores. The subject of research is the ilmenite ore of the placer deposit. The purpose of the thesis is to reduce the losses of ilmenite with wastes of the magnetic enrichment of the loose ores of the Berzulivskoe deposit in the conditions of the Velta LLC. Output data for the work: Technological schemes of enrichment Velta LLC. Practical value: the loss of ilmenite with waste enrichment leads to a reduction in the efficiency of processing as a whole, so the development of alternative technologies for the processing of these ores with the receipt of commodity products and the reduction of losses with waste of enrichment is an urgent task. In the thesis the original solution is proposed, which consists in the application of high-gradient magnetic separation with the previous separation of their feeding on classes of size -0.8 + 0.25 and -0.25 mm. The first class is enriched on a roller separator with a ribbon, and the second one on a separator of a deflecting type. Such a solution allowed to improve the efficiency of the enrichment scheme as a whole. The section on occupational safety and health has developed and substantiated measures to reduce or eliminate hazardous and harmful factors, the operation and maintenance of equipment, sanitary and hygienic assessment of working conditions, and environmental protection measures.
