N2 - In the presented thesis, the design and construction of a laboratorycolumn flotation cell at the Chair of Mineral Processingis investigated. The column is made from transparentPVC-U pipes of 81.4 mm inner diameter and a thickness of4.3 mm. The maximum air pressure for creating bubbles is1.4 bar. The column design includes three inputs (feed, washwater and compressed air) and two outputs (tailings and concentrate).The height of the column is adjustable for differentpurposes.
