Abstract

This thesis studies the influence of procedural and material conditioned factors for a joining process based on a composite casting method for the bonding of creep-resistant steels and a nickelbased-alloy. The applied casting method is based on the filling of tubular solids with molten steel, whereas a partial melting of the solids due to the transferred thermal energy should be achieved. With the aid of supporting computer simulation basic conditions for the setting of the experimental test parameters (preheat temperature, casting temperature) are created, in order to produce a homogenous link layer due to the adaptation of the changeable parameters. Certainly the results show that not only thermal influences have to be considered, but also the melt flow and geometrical conditioned effects.
