Abstract

As coal mining deepens and mining intensity increases, underground production conditions become increasingly difficult. The difficulty of roadway maintenance is becoming more and more prominent, which has become one of the problems restricting the safe and efficient production of coal mines. The auxiliary ventilation roadway of 7105 fully mechanized caving face is a rectangular roadway, with a length of 1690m, a width of 3.2m and a height of 5.0m. The mining technology of 7105 working face is the mining method of caving top coal with full height and all caving in one time, and the roadway is tunneling along the coal seam floor. It is the key technology to realize efficient production, continuous succession and improve the recovery rate of working face in the 71 mining area of wangzhuang coal mine. In this paper, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are adopted to study the supporting technology of surrounding rocks along the roadway of 7105 working face in accordance with the stress environment. The main research is as follows: through laboratory experiments and relevant field data, theoretical calculation of lithologic mechanical parameters is carried out. FLAC3D was used for numerical simulation calculation, and the optimization process and result analysis of the theoretical support scheme calculated on the original support scheme were studied and analyzed. Finally, the influence of roof bolt length and bolt spacing on the supporting effect is studied. Different schemes were selected to compare and study the regularity of rock bolt stability to surrounding rock. Combining with economic benefits, the optimal bolt length and bolt support spacing were selected.
