N2 - This article is to understand the current situation of the management mode of mining production activities, analyze the problems and put forward suggestions for improvement. Select the more typical beneficiation production in the mining production activities as the research object and start the research with the Fenghuangshan silver mine beneficiation production process as a specific improvement case. It also elaborates on the theoretical basis and methods related to lean production, value stream analysis and industrial engineering, and collects relevant production data based on the current production status of Fenghuangshan silver mine for problem analysis, and draws a current value flow map, and finds out existing problems based on the current situation map. Using the Interpretation Structure Modeling Method (ISM) to find out the bottleneck factors, it was found that the main problems in the Fenghuangshan silver mine were the high degree of equipment aging, the low enthusiasm of workers, the unreasonable layout of the workshop, and the large number of operating procedures. Further use ECRS, 5W1H, TPM and other methods put forward suggestions for improvement, combined with the actual situation of the Fenghuangshan silver mine concentrator, and proposed the following improvement implementation plans: 1. Adjust the layout of the beneficiation production site;2. Update and replace the beneficiation production equipment; 3. Improve personnel quality and dynamic management. And draw the value stream future map, evaluate the implementation effect of the improvement plan, the conclusion is: after a one-time lean improvement, the ratio of value-added time to total operation time increased by 17.62%, efficiency increased by 21.69%, and output ore increased by 30 tons per shift. This transformation can significantly improve the economic benefits of beneficiation. Research on the lean improvement of the Fenghuangshan silver mine's beneficiation process has effectively solved the problems existing in the Fenghuangshan silver mine's beneficiation production activities and improved the economic benefits of the Fenghuangshan silver mine's beneficiation.
