Konzepte zur Energieeinsparung in der Mobilhydraulik am Beispiel einer Radlader-Arbeitshydraulik

Research output: Thesis › Diploma Thesis

Abstract

Earth-moving equipment - especially wheel loaders - need most of their motor power for the driveline and the production hydraulics system. The aim of this diploma thesis was to develop several new concepts for saving motor power. This was done by adapting the actual production hydraulics system. The energy saving efficiency of the concepts was compared with the actual system. The aims were achieved by analyzing performance data, which were measured during operation. For this purpose were algorithms developed and applied. The consumed power of each hydraulic component was calculated and the power losses were ranked. The focus for the new concepts was on the hydraulic components with the highest losses. In order to make the concepts comparable to the actual system it was necessary to adapt the nominal data of the components and the hydraulic circuits.
