Entwicklung und Konstruktion eines Fördersystems für containermobile Aufbereitungsanlagen

Research output: ThesisMaster's Thesis

Abstract

This master thesis attends to the development and construction of a conveyor system for mobile treatment plants. The requirements for the conveyor system and all conditions for integration into the overall system were determined in advance. The thesis itself approaches a part of a project of the Montanuniversität Leoben in cooperation with the company IFE Aufbereitungstechnik GmbH. The first part of it refers to the applications and advantages of different conveyor systems. Furthermore, aspects of safety technology, especially with regard to conveyor systems, are considered. Based on this research, the selection falls on a belt conveyor. Therefor the most important components and characteristics in construction are discussed regarding the requirement specifications. After concept development and determination of the basic dimensions, the static calculation of the bearing reactions and the bending moment curve follows. In addition, a durability approval is provided and a conveyor belt calculation based on DIN 22101 is performed. In the final part, the important components of the 3D-construction are graphically displayed and key data is described. Based on this thesis a prototype will be manufactured and then put into operation. In sense of continuous improvement, function and handling during operation is checked and optimization suggestions are then incorporated into the design. However, this is no longer part of this work.
