For the data acquisition a special data-sheet on the basis of a paper machine and on the basis of a paper mill was created. The evaluation of this data was done by some key data which have been benchmarked. Practically implemented was this system at Mondi Business Paper Austria in Theresienthal. Both papermachines have been analysed and benchmarked. The results of this thesis showed that dispite different technologies are used for the machines, the system is working. It was possible to identify points of unreasonable high energy consumption and initiate projects that increase the energy efficiency at severe points.",
