The seismic surveys indicate that the sedimentary overburden is up to 50m deep at the specific drill sites and can be minimized by relocating the proposed locations. The seismic surveys also indicate that the center of the Ossola Valley contains about 550m of sedimentary infill, defining the interface of bedrock and Quaternary glacial sediments at about 300m below sea level.",
