N2 - Due to he regulations currently applied in Austria , it is not possible to manufacture the segments required for TBM tunneling from fibre-reinforced concrete. For this reason, numerous tests are being carried out as part of a research project supported by the Austrian Research Promotion Agnecy (FFG) in order to create a basis for the future use of fibre -reinforced concrete segments in Austria.
