N2 - This master's thesis presents a promising technology for low-temperature gas separation - a supersonic separator used to prepare natural gas for transport by separating gas condensate from the general mixture and removing moisture. The relevance of the technology is due to the growing demand for "blue fuel" and the tightening of requirements for the quality of the target gas. The author has built a thermodynamic model of the condensation zone based on two somewhat different algorithms. The gas temperature and pressure, as well as the component composition of the gas mixture, were used as input parameters. In both cases, the main element was the Mach number. A model has been formed to determine the geometry of the reduction unit based on thermodynamic calculations. The results obtained were subsequently used to test the models. Testing and modeling of the supersonic separator were carried out using the ANSYS finite element analysis software package. A thermodynamic model of the separator is obtained and the shortcomings of the algorithms used are revealed.
